1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SeaOtter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

SeaOtter provides workflow benchmarks, workflow-pack recommendations, and impact-ledger tools. The free public benchmark does not require an account. Private pilots and deployment tiers require a signed agreement.

3. Use of the service

You agree to use SeaOtter only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit intentionally falsified benchmark answers.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer SeaOtter benchmark methodology.
• Exceed reasonable rate limits.

4. Benchmark disclaimer

Benchmark results are estimates based on the information you provide and peer benchmark data. They are not financial, legal or compliance advice and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

5. Intellectual property

The SeaOtter name, logo, benchmark methodology, and benchmark datasets are proprietary. You may share your organization's own result publicly.

6. Limitation of liability

SeaOtter is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of benchmarks, insights, or recommendations provided by the Service.
